About Us
At Empowered Parent Solutions, we understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, dismissed, or isolated while trying to protect your child and your rights. Family court, CPS, and co-parenting with a high-conflict ex can be exhausting — and you shouldn’t have to face it alone.
We are Tuana Inscore and Jason Gwilliam, co-owners of Empowered Parent Solutions, LLC. Together, we offer over 13 years of combined personal and professional experience navigating the family court system, including high-conflict custody battles, false allegations, parental alienation, and emotionally abusive dynamics.

Tuana is a domestic violence survivor and currently works as a freelance court reporter. She spent more than 9 years personally battling in family court, gaining deep insight into the patterns of manipulation and control that often arise in cases involving co-parents with undiagnosed personality disorders. Her professional background also includes work as a chronic care manager for Medicare, and service as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem (GAL), advocating for the best interests of children. Her experience gives her a sharp understanding of legal systems, documentation, and how to effectively support parents in even the most complicated cases.

Jason has spent over 4 years navigating a high-conflict custody battle and is well-versed in the realities of parental alienation. With a strong ability to recognize toxic co-parenting patterns and maintain composure in chaos, Jason brings a grounded, strategic perspective to helping others manage emotionally charged situations. He, too, understands how to navigate the complexities of co-parenting with someone who exhibits traits of personality disorders — even when there’s no formal diagnosis.
Together, we are here to support, guide, and empower parents who feel lost in the system. While we do not offer legal advice, we do provide something just as crucial: strategic coaching, advocacy, document support, and hard-won insight from people who’ve lived it.
